FAQ

THERAPY

  • If you are interested in therapy services, you can schedule a 15-minute complimentary consultation session. In this conversation, you and Dr. Gamarra will discuss your needs and potential fit. If you decide to move forward with scheduling, we will schedule an intake session, which is approximately 90-minutes long.

  • Individual sessions are 45 minutes long. Longer sessions may be available by request and will be billed accordingly.

  • Currently, Dr. Gamarra offers individual therapy visits online via telehealth. Additionally, limited in-person appointments are available at her clinic in Westlake Village, California.

Dr. Gamarra primarily sees clients on Mondays (all day) and Wednesdays in the evenings. Additional evening or weekend appointments may be available upon request.

  • Dr. Gamarra’s fee is $300 per 45-minute session. We accept credit and debit cards for payment. All payments are processed via our online platform 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled visit.

Dr. Gamarra is now an in-network provider with Aetna. Please note: cost of services through Aetna may vary by level of coverage. She is considered out-of-network for all other insurance providers.

  • Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged the full session fee.
